Fellside is a privately owned and managed property investment company. We have have been developing and letting residential and commercial property in the Lancaster and Morecambe area since 1990. Over the last thirty+ years we have acquired residential homes and flats, with many long-standing tenants remaining with us from the very beginning of our purchases. Our commercial portfolio of offices, industrial and warehousing has grown significantly over the last ten years, and we have invested in rejuvenating previously disused or derelict sites to create prosperous business parks.

We understand that letting a property whether your home or business is a big decision and your needs overtime change. We are proud to have supported many companies on their changing requirements as they have expanded, and pride ourselves on been flexible and approachable. Our small team are hands on and visible, allowing us to react quickly and effectively.
